North Carolina Barbecue Sauce Recipe

Ingredients:

2 c of vinegar
1/2 c of khup
1 c of water
2.5 Tbsps of chili (powdered)
1.5 Tbsps of sugar (brown)
1/2 tsp of salt
1 Tbsp of lemon juice
1 Tbsp of pepper

Instructions:

Simmer water and vinegar. Add the remaining ingredients. Mix thoroughly. This yields 1 serving.
