Marinated Turkey Tenderloins Recipe
Ingredients:
1/4 c of soy sauce
1/4 c of vegetable oil (or canola oil)
1/4 c of wine (white)
2 Tbsps of juice (lemon)
1/8 tsp of pepper (black)
1 pc of garlic clove (small); crushed
1 Tbsp of onion; grated
18 tsps of ginger (ground)
2-4 lbs of turkey tenderloins; split
Instructions:
Combine soy sauce, oil, wine, juice, pepper, garlic, onion, ginger. and tenderloins inside large bowl. Cover then marinate inside the refrigerator for twenty-four hours; turn frequently. Preheat grill.
Take out meat from the marinade. Cook for 3-4mins on each sides or till it loses the color pink. Don’t overcook.
