Lemon-Dill Marinated Flank Steak Recipe

Ingredients:

1-1/2 lbs of flank steak (3/4 thick)
1/4 c of sliced onion (green)
1/4 c of water
1/4 c of wine (red, dry)
1/4 c of soy sauce
3 Tbsps of juice (lemon)
2 Tbsps of vegetable oil (or canola oil)
1 tsp of dried dill (1 Tbsp for fresh)
1 Tbsp of Worcestershire
2 pcs of garlic cloves; chopped finely
1/2 tsp of pepper
1/2 tsp of celery seed

Instructions:

Score each side of steak and place them inside (plastic) bag; set on a dish. Combine water, wine, onion, (soy) sauce, oil, juice, Worcestershire, dill, seeds, pepper, and garlic; pour onto steak then seal the (plastic) bag.

Place inside refrigerator and marinate for 6-24 hours; turn occasionally; drain the marinated meat and reserve its marinade.
Grill the flank steak above (medium) coals, about 12-14 mins, till done. Turn once, brush frequently with saved marinade. Serve while hot.
