Barbecued Oyster With Shiitakes Recipe

Ingredients:

1 Tbsp of oyster sauce (Chinese)
1 Tbsp of sauce (hoisin)
1/2 pc of chili (serrano); seeded & minced
2 tsp of khup
Olive oil
1/2 shiitake cap (medium-large)
12 oyster (large); shucked

Instructions:

Preheat oven in about 325 degrees F. Mix hoisin, oyster sauce, serrano and khup. Set it aside for a few minutes for the serrano to flavor sauce. Be sure to cut stems of shiitake. Brush caps some sauce and oil.

Lay caps on baking pan and leave caps to bake inside an oven in about a couple of minutes. Roll oysters into sauce to evenly coat them. After baking the shiitake caps, place each shiitake cap with each oyster. Return to oven in about another 6 mins.
