Barbecue Fish Sauce Recipe
Ingredients:
1/2 c of oil (vegetable)
3/4 c of catsup
2 tsps of salt
3 Tbsps of Worcestershire sauce
3/4 c of chopped onions
3/4 c of water
3 Tbsps of sugar
2 Tbsps of bottled mustard
1/2 tsp of pepper
1/3 c of lemon-flavored juice
Instructions:
In medium-sized, thick saucepan, saute your onions in 1/2 cup of oil over mid-heat. Add in rest of ingredients, then allow to simmer for ten to fifteen minutes. With a cooking brush, brush off your fish ’til its flaky; you may also use this on shrimps.
