Bob’s Barbequed Salmon Recipe
Ingredients:
Salmon steaks (4-6 oz)
For the Sauce:
3 Tbsps of butter; melted
1 Tbsp of juice (lemon)
1 Tbsp of wine vinegar (white)
1/4 tsp of lemon zest; grated
1/4 tsp of garlic salt
1/4 tsp of salt
1/16 tsp of hot sauce (pepper)
Instructions:
Combine butter, lemon juice, wine vinegar, lemon zest, garlic salt, salt, and hot pepper sauce in a bowl; mix thoroughly and brush generously on both steak sides.
Barbecue above (hot) coals. Use a cover for barbecues then place above steaks. Cook 6 to 8 mins on each side (depending how thick the steak is) while basting occasionally. Flip once and brush sauce.
