Cajun BBQ Sauce Recipe
Ingredients:
A pint of oil
1 (6 ounces) tomato paste
2 pepper (green); finely chopped
2 garlic cloves; minced
3 Tbsps of Worcestershire sauce
1 lemon juice
2 onions (medium); finely chopped
5 pcs celery; finely chopped
1/2 c khup
1 (8 ounces) tomato sauce
3 Tbsp mustard
Red Pepper
Salt
Black Pepper
Instructions:
In a Dutch oven, heat your oil. Saute green pepper, garlic, onions and celery. Add rest of your ingredients, then simmer it ’til veggies becomes tender. Pour in water once sauce gets too thick.
Once sauce separate, avoid stirring. Baste the meat w/ sauce and oil while still cooking. Remove from heat once meat is cooked. Thirty minutes prior to serving, you baste the meat w/ thickened sauce.
