Buffalo Chili Onions Recipe
Ingredients:
1/2 c of pepper sauce (Cayenne)
1 Tbsp of powdered chili
1 stick of melted margarine or 1/2 c oil (olive)
1/4 c of chili sauce
4 pcs large onions (sweet); cut to half-inch thick slices
Instructions:
Mix together and whisk Cayenne sauce, margarine (or butter), (chili) powder and sauce in a medium-sized bowl. Blend well then brush into slices of onions.
Arrange sliced onion pieces on top of grid. Over mid-high coals, grill onions for 10 mins or ’til tendered. Turn and baste w/ prepared chili mix often. Best when served warm.
