Brisket Sauce Recipe
Ingredients:
1/2 c of margarine
1 c of onion; chopped
1 c of bell pepper; chopped
1/4 c of Worcestershire
2 Tbsps of mustard
1 c of sugar (brown)
2 Tbsps of pickle (sweet)
2 Tbsps of vinegar
1/2 tsp of salt
29 oz of tomato puree (canned)
Instructions:
Heat the margarine inside a saucepan and add bell pepper and onion in it. Saute till tender. Add Worcestershire, mustard, pickle, vinegar, sugar, salt, and tomato puree; let it boil. Once boiling, simmer for five mins.
