Bbq Boston Butt Recipe
Ingredients:
A bottle of barbecue sauce
4 lbs of pork butt (Boston)
Instructions:
Cook pork the whole day ’til the meat falls away easily. Set aside pork to cool but don’t get it cold. Peel meat from the fat. Use a fork to shred the meat. Return the pork to the pot. Add in your desired barbecue sauce. Stir ’til blended well. This would make fantastic sandwiches or entrees. Also great along beans and coleslaw
