Barbequed Pork Strips Recipe
Ingredients:
3 c of krispies; pounded
1 tsp of chicken seasoning (Mesquite)
1/2 c of barbecue sauce
1/4 c of flour
3 Tbsps of apple juice
1 pound of pork (boneless chops, 1/2 inch thick)
Cooking spray (vegetable)
Instructions:
Mix mesquite with the krispies into a mixing bowl. Place it aside. Mix apple juice and barbecue sauce into another bowl. Place it aside. Pour flour to shallow dish. Set it aside. Remove fat from the pork and slice into 2-3 inches long. Coat chops with the flour and shake the excess.
Put barbecue sauce mixture on the pork and roll them in the krispies. Arrange them into single lines over the baking sheet covered with foil and sprayed with the vegetable spray. Place strips into a 400 degree F oven for about 10-12 minutes or ’til strips are tender. Don’t turn or cover the strips while baking. Best served hot and with some duck sauce
