Barbequed Pork Recipe
Ingredients:
1/4 c of soy sauce
1 Tbsp of honey
1 Tbsp of brown sugar
2 Tbsps of red wine (dry)
2 tsp of food coloring (red, optional)
1/2 tsp of cinnamon; ground
1 pc of spring onions; cut lengthwise
1 cl garlic; mashed
2 pcs of pork (tenderloins, 12 ozs per pc); trimmed
Instructions:
Combine wine, soy, sugar, coloring, honey, onion, garlic and cinnamon in a large-sized bowl. Put in pork and turn meat to evenly coat. Cover it and transfer to the refrigerator for an hour. Turn meat often. Save marinade as you drain the pork.
Transfer meat on a rack on to a baking sheet. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and bake meat. Turn and baste occasionally with the marinade ’til cooked for 45 minutes or so. Remove meat from the oven and set aside to cool. Carve diagonally. Serve with some scallion curls
