Barbequed Fish Recipe
Ingredients:
1 pc of onion (small); diced
1 tsp of chili powder
1 Tbsp of brown sugar
2 Tbsps of mustard (dry)
1 tsp of Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsps of catsup
1/4 tsp of cloves; ground
1/4 tsp of cayenne
1/4 c of cider vinegar
1.5 lbs of halibut or snappers (white fillets)
Instructions:
Combine onion, chili powder, sugar, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, catsup, cloves, cayenne, vinegar into a crock over medium-heat and let it boil ’til reduced into thin liquid. Strain sauce and set aside to cool.
Transfer fish into a platter and pour sauce over fish. Let it marinate for an hour inside the fridge. Grill over hot coals and baste with the marinade per side. This is good for 6 persons
