Barbeque Pork Recipe
Ingredients:
1 pound of pork (tenderloin)
3 Tbsps of soy sauce (light)
2 Tbsps of hoisin sauce
1 tsp of soy sauce (dark)
1 Tbsp of sherry
2 Tbsps of honey
1 cl of garlic; crushed
1 Tbsp of sugar
2 Tbsps of catsup
Instructions:
Trim ribs and slice to 2 inches wide and 6 inches long. Mix in soy sauce, hoisin, sherry, honey, gsrlic, sugsr and catsup in a mixing bowl. Coat ribs with mixture. Marinate for a couple of hours or more.
Skewer meat with hangers. Let pork hang over a pan filled with water. Heat the oven up 425 degrees F for about 10-12 minutes. Allow meat to roast for half an hour. Baste pork using the drippings 5-6 minutes interval.
Lower heat around 325 degrees F and continue to roast for another 5-6 minutes. Cut meat diagonally in to 1/4 inch pieces. Best served cold with sesame and Chinese hot-mustard. Good for 8 persons.
