Barbecued Baby Back Ribs Recipe 2
Ingredients:
2 Tbsps of sugar
3 Tbsps of hoisin sauce
1 Tbsp of sherry (dry)
A dash of salt (optional)
1/2 c of khup
1/2 tsp of garlic; minced
3 lbs of pork (back finger ribs,3 x 1)
Instructions:
Blend well the ingredients and coat over the ribs. Cover up the bowl. Toss ribs around to thoroughly coat the ribs. Refrigerate the ribs and let it marinate for about 4 or more hours. Toss once in a while to maintain the coating.
Cover the baking sheet using foil to avert mess. Toss the ribs again and plave them sideways. Do not crowd as this will lose it’s crisp. Allow to bake for half an hour over a 350 degree F oven. Turn using tongs. let it bake for another 20 to half an hour. Carefully check the ribs for the remaining several minutes to refrain ribs to burn. This is good fro 6 persons.
