Barbecue Sauce-Glaze Recipe

Ingredients:

1 & 12 Tbsps of drippings from pork
1/4 c of vinegar
2 Tbsp of pepper (red)
1/4 c of powdered chili
1/2 gallon of khup
1/2 c of sugar
1 Tbsp of garlic salt
1/2 Tbsp of pepper (black)
1/4 c of Worcestershire sauce

Instructions:

Combine, then simmer all of the ingredients together ’til thickened. You may add in beer in order to create thin consistency.
