Barbecue Pork Recipe
Ingredients:
1 pound pork-tenderloin
1 Tbsp of sherry
2 Tbsps of Hoisin sauce
2 Tbsps of catsup
2 Tbsps of honey
1 Tbsp of sugar
3 Tbsps of soysauce (light)
1 tsp of soysauce (dark)
1 garlic clove; mashed
Instructions:
Trim excess fat from meat then cut to 2×6-inch strips. In a bowl, mix together rest of ingredients, pour it over meat. Marinate for at least 2 hrs then skewer meat w/ steel hanger and let it hang on top oven rack over roast pan filled with little water. Prepare and heat oven at 425 degrees F for ten minutes.
Put in pork inside oven and allow to roast for twenty minutes. Coat w/ marinade for every five minutes. Adjust to 325 degrees F and continue roasting for five more minutes. Cut every strip in diagonal fashion against meat grain to 1/4-inch slices. Allow to cool.
