Barbecue Dove Recipe

Ingredients:

16 pcs dove breast-part
1 & 1/2 c catsup
2 cloves of garlic; crushed
2/3 c of sugar (brown)
1 Tbsp of vinegar
1 medium-sized onion (yellow)
1 Tbsp of Worcestershire sauce
8 Tabasco sauce drops

Instructions:

In small bowl, combine ingredients together except dove breasts, then stir well. Brush the sauce repeatedly on dove breasts while cooking on a grill. Grill breasts for 3-5 minutes on one side and the same for the other. May be served w/ wildrice.
