Barbecue Beef Sandwich Recipe

Ingredients:

1/2 cup of khup
2 Tbsps of onion ;chopped
1/4 cup of vinegar
1/4 tsp of mustard (dry)
2 tsp of sugar (brown); packed
1 Tbsp of Worcestershire sauce
2 pkg of beef (smoked); sliced & cut in to 1 inch strips
1 cl of crushed garlic
6 buns (hamburger); split

Instructions:

Combine khup, onion, vinegar, mustard, sugar, Worcestershire, garlic together in a saucepan. Add in smoked beef. Let it cook ’til beef becomes hot (approximately 5 minutes) with cover. Serve with buns. This yields 4 helpings.
