Barbecue-Baked Sage Potatoes Recipe
Ingredients:
Potatoes
1 pepper (sweet, red)
3 Tbsps of oil (olive)
1/2 tsp of salt
16 leaf pcs of sage
1/2 tsp of pepper
Instructions:
Slit potatoes w/ 1/4-inch intervals. Slice 4 strips of pepper in crosswise fashion. Insert one strip of pepper to every potato slit. Insert a leaf of sage to each 3rd slit.
Combine pepper, salt, oil and garlic and brush potatoes, including the peppers evenly. Have every potato wrapped w/ foil, seal well. Put on covered pan over mid-heat. Cook for sixty minutes, or ’til tender, turning to the other side occasionally.
